Do you know of anyone who gets up in the morning and thinks “Today when I go to work I am really going to try and screw up”? Right, nobody! Everyone gets up and goes to work with the intention of doing good work, getting acknowledged for that work and accomplishing something that’s satisfying. Yet those great intentions don’t always work out. In my 30 years as a manager and an executive, I’ve found that there are three main reasons why that happens:

• The employee lacks the tools for personal leadership and effectiveness.
• The manager lacks the tools to help the employee fulfill his/her potential.
• The leadership of the company hasn’t laid the foundation for effective performance management.

That’s why I formed this company. I believe in arming everybody with simple, effective tools to make them a better employee or a more effective manager. I have a passion for working with CEO’s and their senior teams to remove the obstacles to achieving their goals and set up the foundation for sustained positive results. I love presenting my “Principles of Leadership” to all and arm people with a means for enhanced personal success. I relish helping sales people increase their close rate.
